We coordinate every part of your day (ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception), manage timing, and provide MC duties, music flow, and thoughtful transitions. We treat your wedding as a seamless story, not a series of isolated parts.

Q: Will you cover both the ceremony and the reception?

A: Yes. We provide full audio coverage for your ceremony (music, two wireless microphones, mic stands, and timing coordination), then continue through cocktail hour, dinner, and into the reception. From processional to first dance to last song — we’ve got it all handled.

Q: Can we customize our playlist or provide a list of “must-play” and “do-not-play” songs?

A: Absolutely. We work closely with you to build a playlist that reflects your tastes — what you love and what you prefer to avoid. We also consider your guest mix (families, friends, age groups) so the music resonates with everyone. Our goal is to honor your musical identity while creating a fun, inclusive vibe.

Q: How do you handle guest song requests during the event?

A: We welcome requests and want your guests to feel comfortable sharing their ideas. However, we always follow your preferences first. If a request doesn’t align with your vision or the flow of the night, we’ll decline it gently while ensuring your guests still feel valued.

Q: Do you act as the MC (emcee) too, or just handle music?

A: We do both. As MCs, we communicate key moments to your guests (introductions, toasts, dances, announcements, vendor highlights, etc.) and set a warm, inviting tone for the entire day. We coordinate closely with photographers, videographers, planners, and caterers so every moment happens smoothly and on time.

Q: What is the planning and timeline process like with you?

A: We work with you to build a complete ceremony-to-last-dance timeline that reflects your vision and pacing. We then coordinate with your vendors and wedding party to ensure everyone knows where they need to be and when. This creates a smooth, stress-free flow that feels effortless and intentional.

Q: Do you offer any extra services beyond music and MC?

A: Yes — we offer a digital photo booth (photos, GIFs, boomerangs with instant digital delivery) and a voice-mail audio guestbook using a vintage rotary phone so guests can leave heartfelt recorded messages you’ll cherish forever.

Q: How do we book you?

A: Reach out to check availability, and we’ll send a simple contract. Once the retainer fee is paid and the agreement is signed, your date is officially reserved.

Q: Do you offer payment plans?

A: Yes. We offer flexible payment plans to match your planning timeline.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: Cash / Check & Most major electronic payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payments.

Q: Do you require a contract?

A: Yes. A contract protects both you and your date, and clearly outlines expectations, pricing, and responsibilities.

Q: How early do you arrive on the wedding day?

A:We typically arrive 2–3 hours before our scheduled start time to ensure everything is set, tested, and running perfectly before guests arrive.

Q: What kind of equipment do you bring?

A:We bring professional-grade sound systems, wireless microphones, ceremony and cocktail hour equipment, and lighting. We also bring on-site backup equipment (sound sources, cables, microphones, etc.) to ensure your day never misses a beat.

Q: What do you need from the venue?

A: Access to power, adequate space for setup, and general placement information. We handle the rest.

Q: Will you work with our venue coordinator or wedding planner?

A: Absolutely. Communication is key. We work hand-in-hand with venue staff and planners to ensure smooth transitions, no interference with food service, and optimal conditions for photographers and videographers.

Q: How do you ensure the dance floor stays full?

A: Through experience, intuition, and preparation. We read the room in real time, adjust genres and tempos, and use your musical preferences combined with guest feedback to create the perfect energy throughout the night.

Q: How do we know you're reliable and worth booking?

A: Our clients consistently praise our professionalism, responsiveness, warm energy, attention to detail, and ability to keep guests engaged all night long. Many describe us as the best part of their wedding day — with a seamlessly run timeline and a packed dance floor from start to finish.
